Perched on the side of a cliff with spectacular views of the mountains of the Cumberland Plateau and Sequatchie Valley, Cliffside is a unique contemporary Scandinavian-style property. Start your day with espresso or coffee from our Nespresso machine in front of the large picture windows. Unwind with a soak in the hot tub, sunset on the deck, a chat around the firepit, or kayaking on the nearby lake. Located on Dayton Mountain near many hiking trails, it is only a 20-minute drive to Dayton.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Experience downtown Athens in a Beautiful, two bedroom , 1 bath, restored 1930's home. Sit on a southern porch, sip some tea while reading, listening to music or watching the neighborhood activity of dog walkers and jogers. Take a stroll around the beautiful historic downtown area and enjoy unique shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment and cafes. Near Tennessee Wesleyan University, Library and several parks. There is a very important looking king size bed, gorgeous mountain decor, fold out sofa, Adirondack chairs for the porch and old-fashioned porch swing. Full kitchen, one bath, 65" Smart TV with Fast WiFi. Tucked into the woods with a BIG hot tub, this is perfect place to celebrate or honeymoon. Come with friends. Or be selfish and bring her just to be together. Well, you could bring the pup too.

The Barn Cottage - Sunrise

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the country. The Barn Cottages are part of the Holt Family Farm. The farm features Grain Bin Commodities bakery, West Hills Dairy, and the original crop land that has been farmed for over 60 years. Explore this beautiful farm in the heart of East Tennessee. We are also a great spot to explore the entire valley. Knoxville is 40 minutes away, Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon are 30 minutes away. Chattanooga is only an hour.

The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.

The Barn Studio

Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs. One gourmet breakfast served for two or more night stays. Full kitchen, grill , fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Private, yet less than an hour to tourist attractions in (Knoxville/Chattanooga) , motorcycle destinations, kayaking and rafting. Only a little further to Dolly World and Gatlinburg amongst other day trips.
