A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

Nikiti is located on Chalkidiki in the municipal of Sithonia. From the airport Thessaloniki you need round about 1 hour with car to Nikiti. The main Road divides Nikiti into two parts. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.
