A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

Η κατοικία βρίσκετε στην περιοχή Αγίου Γεωργίου της Νικήτης, 2 χιλιόμετρα απο την θάλασσα και 1 χιλιόμετρο απο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Παρέχει ένα ιδιωτικό, ασφαλές, μαγευτικό, καταπράσινο και ήσυχο περιβάλλον όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Η περιοχή μας θεωρείτε κομβικό σημείο της Σιθωνίας, διότι σε πολύ κοντινές αποστάσεις βρίσκονται οι μαγευτικές παραλίες της Σιθωνίας για καθημερινές αποδράσεις.Ο κήπος,το εξωτερικό κρεβάτι και ο χώρος μπάρμπεκιου είναι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι.

Ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα 33 τετραγωνικών μέτρων στο πιο κεντρικό μέρος της Νικήτης, λίγα μέτρα μόλις μακρύα από την θάλασσα, έτοιμο να σας φιλοξενήσει και να αισθανθείτε σαν το σπίτι σας. Η απόσταση από την παραλία της Νικήτης απέχει μόνο 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια ενώ super market θα βρείτε ακριβώς δίπλα από το κατάλυμα. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 μονό κρεβατι, σαλόνι με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ιδιωτικό μπανιο. Επίσης διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.

Views of all views come and enjoy this 1 bedroom.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

Beautiful Luxury Villa in front of the sea!

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula! Beach front, and close to everything that you will need while on holidays! Cafe bars, super market, restaurants are located in less than 1 kilometers We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.

Κρυμμένη σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, αυτή η διαμονή προσφέρει μια γαλήνια απόδραση από τη βιασύνη της καθημερινότητας. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στον φιλόξενο καθιστικό και στο εξωτερικό ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνοντας την θέα της μοναδικής Νικήτης. Με ένα διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μονό (στο οποίο μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν και βρέφη) και μία παραπάνω επιλογή καναπές-κρεβάτι στο καθιστικό είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες και φίλους εως 4 άτομα για μία άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Our Home 2 - Fully renovated studio by the sea!

Renovated (2024) Studio in the center of Nikiti beach, just 30 meters from the sea! You leave your car in our yard and you have the possibility to do everything on foot (sea, entertainment and shopping). It has a balcony with a table to enjoy your coffee and food, while you can freely use the grill in the gazebo. You are in the center of Nikiti, but at the same time having the sense of privacy and tranquility you are looking for!
