Η κατοικία βρίσκετε στην περιοχή Αγίου Γεωργίου της Νικήτης, 2 χιλιόμετρα απο την θάλασσα και 1 χιλιόμετρο απο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Παρέχει ένα ιδιωτικό, ασφαλές, μαγευτικό, καταπράσινο και ήσυχο περιβάλλον όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Η περιοχή μας θεωρείτε κομβικό σημείο της Σιθωνίας, διότι σε πολύ κοντινές αποστάσεις βρίσκονται οι μαγευτικές παραλίες της Σιθωνίας για καθημερινές αποδράσεις.Ο κήπος,το εξωτερικό κρεβάτι και ο χώρος μπάρμπεκιου είναι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι.

《Μάνα γη》

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά ξεχωριστή καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά και ταυτόχρονα μακριά απ'τους πολλούς.Για λιγους....

Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται λίγα μόνο μέτρα από το κέντρο της Βουρβουρούς , άκρη στο κύμα, με θέα τον κόλπο της Βουρβουρούς και τα όμορφα νησάκια της. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα ή οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά.Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μεγάλο ψυγείο με κατάψυξη και μεγάλη ηλεκτρική κουζίνα. Επίσης διαθέτει TV και Α/C και ψησταριά.
