This Beautiful Riverfront Property & rests at the bottom of the Great Smoky Mountains. This property is at the bend of the river for an amazing fishing experience. You will not be disappointed. You are located one hour from Knoxville or Asheville and 45 mins. from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
