We also have beach chairs, big beach towels, beach umbrella and boogie boards for you to enjoy. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.

We are located on the Balboa Peninsula and are one block away from a tranquil beach marina where you can paddle board and watch boats go by. On the other side, we are two blocks away from the Balboa Beach and the Pier where you can surf, play in the waves, walk the shops and frequent the restaurants. Our townhouse is perfect for large families and groups. The kitchen and family room are on the third floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
