Location Location Location! This cozy lower level duplex is a short block from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. The place is located at 127 41st Street on the corner of Balboa and 41st Street. We are 8 houses from the beach on the beach side of Balboa. The boardwalk is only five streets away so you can easily bike or walk to the Newport Pier and enjoy one of the many restaurants or bar in the area. Saturday to Saturday rental in the summer time.
