Cornish Village 3 bedroom family house old Newlyn

Trevorrows loft is a bright and contemporary space hidden in the heart of the traditional old part of Newlyn, between Mousehole and Penzance. A moment's walk from the tolcarne gastro pub, the famous art gallery, and right on top of Newlyn green beach, leading to Penzance promenade. It's a traffic free location, although pre paid space in car park 50 yards away. The art is by local painter Ricky Chaplain, and the sun streams into the house in the mornings. The master bedroom is an en suite loft and has a beautifully open feel.

Sensational sea views, 3 bedrooms, home from home

Sykes House has spectacular views of Newlyn Harbour, Mounts Bay and beyond. It's a warm and welcoming base for your holiday, with two cosy sitting rooms, a well-equipped kitchen-diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. There's Wifi, a SmartTV & radios. Extra touches to the decor will make you feel at home the moment you step inside. So that you get the most from staying in this special part of the world, there's lots of information waiting for you on arrival.

Epic sea views, quiet area in Newlyn with parking!

My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

Beautiful Victorian house with stunning views, 2 minutes stroll to harbour and beaches. Private parking in front of the house and EV charger. Making Waves has a spacious interior and sunny patio. Original features/handmade furniture give real character. Situated on a quiet private lane with no thru traffic above tropical gardens/Hepworth Museum. Place a pin on your perfect location to base yourself in St. Ives and we believe you’d choose here - and this had been our home until 2022, so we know!

Sea View Cottage Newlyn with parking

Sea View is a double fronted detached cottage, renovated by its artist owner, in a simple modern style whilst keeping its character. Clean interiors of blues and grays with contemporary art. The dog friendly cottage sits on the hillside overlooking the bustling fishing harbour. Every room has spectacular views across Mounts Bay to St Michael’s Mount and out to sea. So sit back, relax and enjoy the ever changing seascape. Sun terrace and small garden. Moments walk to cafes, pubs and beach.

Spacious, cosy cottage, walk to 3 beaches

The Big Barn at Porthcurno Barns Family run spacious and cosy barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Centrally located,this comfortable retreat offers a wonderful base for a family to explore the breath-taking Cornish coast and bustling little town of penzance. Accessed via a lift, escalator or steps, this property can easily be found. Penzance offers so many wonderful attractions just a stones throw away. Artist's home - loft living in historic Penzance

3 Abbey Street is my home - it's spacious, light and peaceful, and a great place to unwind. The property is close to the harbour and seafront, to excellent local shops, bars and restaurants and to the train station.
