Sit and watch the daily activities of the harbour as you enjoy your dinner or take in the golden sunrise over breakfast. You're a 5 min walk away from the harbour and the pubs,restaurants and amenities Newlyn has to offer. It is the perfect place from which to explore this lovely part of Cornwall.

It benefits from a sheltered patio garden, perfect for coffee or dining. No sea views but away from the noise of the road & docks. Sadly not suitable for children or pets
