Kick back and relax in the newly renovated 1600sq ft full-floor space on the garden level of an brownstone in Prospect Heights. This 1-bed room guest suite has a designer-open kitchen. There is a Japanese style Tatami room in the back facing the garden. The basement has a flat HD TV room, a large sofa and laundry room. Guests will have their own bathroom and kitchen. The host will be present in the same townhouse building upstairs. A few minutes to B,D,2,3 subway stations. No kids/No pets

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
