This penthouse style apartment is situated on the Ohio River. A great place for a private getaway. From morning coffee in the sun room, to a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the water. You’re sure to experience a "GET-A-WAY" from it all feel. Enjoy a stroll to historic downtown New Martinsville. Nearby are restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. Our place has a relaxing, touch of class feel, from the “Tommy Bahama” style living room, to the “Greenbrier Resort” decor in the sun room!

3 Bedrooms - 5 Beds - Gym

Nice place to sleep 3 to 8 people when you come to town or you have guests from out of town visiting and need some extra room. We have plenty of parking, we can accommodate, boats and trailers. The parking lot has cameras for extra security. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stair access only. We have a private gym only used by a few people on the first floor, so there will be some noise during the day. The gym is included and can be reserved just for you if those hours are available.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

This newly-remodeled, relaxing cabin is situated on CR 10 (Benwood Rd.) about 20 minutes from Sardis, OH and 15 minutes from Woodsfield, OH (County seat). The cabin sits on just under an acre of land and has a creek running the edge of the property. Whether you are looking to explore the area or just have a relaxing time grilling out on the back deck and spending time with friends and family, this place is for you.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. Chessie System Yellow Train Caboose & Amazing View

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. This spacious, centrally located, second floor apartment is in the middle of all the Main Street action. Walk to all your favorite retail stores, eateries, local festivals and events. There is a large flight of steps to access the apartment. We ask you kindly remove your shoes in the foyer before entering the apartment.

The Cottage on Franklin

The Cottage is 8 minutes off of I-70. Tucked away from the noise of Main Street but in walking distance of the downtown area. It’s a cute little house that offers a great place to unwind and relax and spend time with loved ones.
