The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Town house apartment

Cozy town house apartment located right in the middle of town. Just 10 minutes from the Unadilla Motocross track in New Berlin NY. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

Organic eggs are in the fridge for you to enjoy from our free range chickens. Close to Colgate/Morrisville/Hamilton Colleges.

Come and enjoy the peaceful tranquility and relaxation at the Blue Heron Lake House, 2876 West Lake Road on Gorton Lake, West Edmeston, NY. We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.

West Shore Cottage

Enjoy the peace and tranquility our cottage has to offer overlooking beautiful Chenango Lake. A walk down the driveway will lead you to lake frontage where there are chairs and a gas fire pit. Two kayaks are available for use. Chenango Lake is known for its superb fishing so bring your poles. There is also an additional wood fire pit behind the cottage - we provide the firewood.
