Right across the river from Downtown Louisville! Central location for Louisville and Southern Indiana events and activities. Welcome to the GreenHouse NA! This charming shotgun home from the 1920’s has been completely refurbished. It is located within 10 miles of major attractions in Louisville, and 1 mile from the many local restaurants and shops that downtown New Albany has to offer. Our home is pet friendly and family friendly! We hope our guests relax and enjoy our peaceful home!

Situated on a quiet hilltop neighborhood in Clifton Heights, this is the perfect location for a professional or personal visit to Louisville and very animal friendly. It is within 10 minutes of Downtown, Waterfront Park, Nulu, Frankfort Avenue, the Highlands, the Convention Center, and just 15 minutes from historic Churchill Downs. These neighborhoods feature the best dining and entertainment in the city. Just a block away is the Mellwood Arts Center complex with shops and dining.

Our home is blocks from historic downtown New Albany and only 10 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY, and 15 minutes from Churchill Downs...You’ll love our place because of how spacious and uniquely styled it is. It is great for large and small groups alike. This property is a real home, complete with cooking utensils and a full kitchen, as well as plenty of places to relax and hang out with people you enjoy. The Green House in Downtown

Newly renovated 1920s shotgun house in Downtown New albany. Perfect for those who want the convenience of being in the middle of it all, but still want an authentic and stylish oasis to relax in. Comes with all the amenities you would expect for a convenient stay including fully equipped kitchen, private back yard, off street parking, and self check-in. Walk or Bike your way to many local restaurants, shops, or take the byway to enjoy the scenic Ohio River.

Industrial Gaming House firepit

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.

11 miles to Derby. Come enjoy our newly decorated house with a hot tub, gazebo outdoor fun area and lounge furniture and wood burning fire pit. The idea is to both indoor and outdoor give you a great experience that not everyone offers! We sleep 4 adults comfortably in our 1 KING size bedroom and 1 QUEEN size bedroom. We're located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced in backyard and we're Pet Friendly with a fee!

This historic home is in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Louisville is 5 minutes away across a bridge Two bedrooms each have king beds and a pull-out sofa has a queen. Have a groovy time in That 70s Room, the bedroom curated with fun pieces from the 70s. Guests have full access to the bottom unit except for the furnace room and owners closet.
