A 32-inch TV and a WLAN / LAN connection with up to 50 Mbit. A small kitchen with fridge and hotplate, and a bathroom with shower is also available.

It's 55 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bath), quietly located in the rear building with zero street noise. The bedroom leads to a small inner courtyard. All public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus) is conveniently reached within 5-7 minutes by foot.

Quirky, cozy flat in Neukölln. Located in an Altbau with high ceilings. I took inspiration from tiny houses to design the layout. The king size bed is in a wooden mezzanine - and there's a large comfy couch. There's a small sit-in kitchen with the usual amenities (no freezer though sorry) a small work desk and a typical Berlin tube bathroom with a shower. You'll also have access to a shared rooftop terrace—ideal for enjoying sunsets .
