I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. In unmittelbarer Näher befindet sich die U-Bahn U8/U3-zu fuss in 5min entfernt. Ich werde dich persönlich bei check Inn empfangen und dir alles im Apartment zeigen und erklären. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind direkt um die ecke von dem Apartment (Lidl/Netto Supermarkt), sowie der berühmte Türkische Markt am Maybachufer. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich die Graefestrasse. In dieser gibt es zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants um denn Tag bzw. denn Abend zu geniessen. This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!
