Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Entspannung pur am Puls Berlins. Seit vielen Jahren genießen wir das Leben auf dem Wasser und schon immer war es unser Wunsch, auch anderen diesen Lebensstil näher zu bringen. Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Am ruhigen Rand Berlins, nahe Flughafen BER, jedoch 40min zum Alexanderplatz, befindet sich unser gemütlichen Mini-Appartment im Souterrain mit seperatem Hauseingang, Küche und Bad. Gartennutzung ist möglich. Eingang hat eigene Adress: Gerosteig no 21. On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Perfect for a private business traveler, solo adventurers, couples and especially musicians! I have a great Bechstein Piano and some other string instruments in the room!

Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.

Fußläufig finden sich das Tempelhofer Feld, der S Hermannstraße, der Flohmarkt am Kranoldplatz sowie der Schillerkiez.
