I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. In unmittelbarer Näher befindet sich die U-Bahn U8/U3-zu fuss in 5min entfernt. Ich werde dich persönlich bei check Inn empfangen und dir alles im Apartment zeigen und erklären. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Berliner Fernsehturm. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Loft mit einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bad und Blick auf den Berliner Fernsehturm. Die Küche is vollständig ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Kühlschrank. Fussläufig gibt es diverse Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die U-Bahn ist 350 Meter entfernt und mit den Linien könnte ihr bequem zwischen Ost und West sowie Süd und Nord pendeln. Die vollständige Wohnung gehört euch, ihr habt den Schlüssel und damit absolute eurer eigenes Reich. Wann immer Ihr Hilfe benötigt, lasst es mich wissen, ich kenne mich in Berlin sehr gut aus. Mit Kreuzberg und Neukölln hat man hier die vielleicht spannendsten Ecken von Berlin direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nächste U-Bahn-Station liegt nur 350 Meter entfernt. - ca. 350 Meter zum Kottbusser Tor mit U1 und U8 - ca. 400 Meter zum Görlitzer Bahnhof mit U1 - Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße und den umliegenden Blocks - Parken ist kostenlos Der Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig und ihr könnt nahezu geräuschlos schlafen. Die Ecke ist sehr lebendig, so dass ihr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung findet.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the building, with direct access to the beautiful and calming house garden. 2 min walk from four supermarkets, 5 min walk from Berlins infamous Tempelhof, 1 min from the U8 & S Ring trains.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
