Magnificent villa with swimming pool in a very quiet area. In the street there are small shops, hairdressers and restaurants.The villa is composed in the minus one, bedroom and bathroom and cinema area, then upstairs, 4 bedrooms including a master suite. A synagogue is in front of the villa. The exterior is equipped, barbecue, ping pong table, football cage, basketball hoop, etc. 12 Guest on bed, and possible 2 guest on Sofa. VAT is to be added for Israeli citizens. Only b2 paper can void it.
