Welcome to our exclusive apartment "L'arte di vivere" with a fantastic view of Lake Como! Our accommodation offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
