Newly remodeled row house in Capitol Hill. 2 blocks to Whole Foods, 3 parks steps from the front door, 4 blocks from Congress, 3 blocks to Metro, 3 blocks to restaurant and bars, walk to Nats park, where do I stop, the location is A+++. Exceptional deep cleaning prior to every visit and free street side parking during your stay. We have two puppies upstairs and you may hear them sprinting back and forth across the floor in the morning and evening. We are a pro-pet location! Very pet friendly.

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

This oversized, private Capitol Hill apartment can accommodate a large family with lots of room for comfort. You have your own kitchen and laundry. It is a half block to the Potomac Avenue Metro station and a short walk to Eastern Market, wonderful restaurants, pastries, coffee and groceries. A quick metro ride will bring you to the Capitol (two stops), the Air and Space Museum (3 stops), the Smithsonian stop and the Mall and much more. Off-street parking is available for a fee.

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap.
