Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

Este precioso apartamento totalmente reformado está situado junto a la Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias, Parc Central y Barrio de Ruzafa. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 6 personas ya que dispone de 1 cama king size de 160x190, 2 camas de 90x190 y sofá cama doble. Dispone también de una cómoda terraza exterior. Además está equipado con electrodomésticos de última generación, iluminación led y climatización por conductos.

Only 20 minutes walk to the city center and to the famous Oceanographic and The City of The Arts and The Sciences. Well connected to all places and the beach!.All amenities around.

Fantástico Loft en el Cabañal cerca de la playa. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu estancia en Valencia. Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Casa De Banana

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

Historical loft next to Ruzafa

First floor of a traditional house, of which few remain. All the facade woodwork has been renovated in natural wood. Un loft confortable nuevo con mucha luz natural con dos balcones con buenas vistas al exterior , cuenta con una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama Justo en frente de la cama que también se convierte en cama de matrimonio, climatizado, televisión , calentador, plancha, perchas, electrodomésticos : cafetera, microonda, lavadora, horno , utensilio de cocina; en el cuarto de baño encontraras toallas, gel de ducha, champú, jabón de manos y secador de pelo.
