Holiday cottage in Devon

The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

The annex is part of an old farmhouse. It was built in 1850’s and we have been renovating it since we bought it in 2022. It is unique, rustic, and has country charm. It has it’s own entrance with two bedrooms, one king and one double, and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a separate kitchen. Outside the annex there is a patio/courtyard all set up for a bbq . The main garden is shared with us and is on different levels.

Hampton View Holiday Barns, The Dairy, Whitford.

Hampton View Dairy is one of 2 brand new single story barn conversions in the quiet village of Whitford, East Devon. There is plenty of parking and a large private garden. It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. Great for keen walkers or cyclist or the the perfect spot to just relax.

Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Tranquil Townhouse with Parking,minutes from Beach

Welcome to Weighbridge Cottage! Renovated to a high standard, this is an airy holiday home for up to 5 people plus 2 cots in central Lyme Regis and is 4 minutes easy stroll from the beach! Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. There's private off road parking right next to the front door. I have tried to include everything you need, toys and games, and beach stuff

The Shepherds Hut, peace and privacy.

Self contained bliss. A unique Shepherds Hut with it's own shower/wc. Comfortable double bed. Quiet, cosy & very restful. Close the door on the outside world for a while and totally relax enjoying the views from the bed & admire the dark starry sky at night. Lovely. Warm & cosy at all times with a super woodburner. Your own private outdoor space, great views & peace & quiet, fire up the BBQ or maybe a walk straight from your door through the beautiful lanes & fields. Private parking.

Spacious Victorian house sleeps 6 near Lyme Regis

Recently refurbished to provide accommodation for 6, this tranquil, spacious Victorian house has picturesque countryside views across Uplyme village and an easy river walk down to Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. There is one double en-suite, one king size en-suite and a family room with separate bathroom. There is off-road parking available for two cars and a large garden where we are often gardening. We are relaxed hosts, live next door and are here to help as required.

Just 15 mins drive from beautiful Lyme Regis & Sidmouth and an ideal base for walking. Seaton's famous electric tramway is minutes away. Exeter cathedral is 25 miles away. Lovely quiet area.

'The Old Forge' Holiday Cottage near Lyme Regis

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside.
