Easy place to stay at to be within walking distance of broadway! Cute building and enjoyed our stay

Great location, very convenient for visiting our family who lives close by. Beautifully decorated, well laid out space.

We absolutely loved our stay at D’s place. Perfect location! So clean and so much attention to detail. D thought of everything to make us feel at home and so welcomed. I highly recommend this Air Bnb and hopefully it will be available the next time we are in town. Such a pleasant space to enjoy our vacation!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

This place was amazing! Super location just minutes (and I mean minutes) from everything including Broadway, Music Row, The Gulch, Coffee Shops etc. yet quite enough to feel relaxed when you get back from a day of hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is really nice/safe, and very walkable. The main building itself is secure, quiet, and clean with ample covered parking in a gated garage. The unit itself is beautiful (exactly like the pictures.) It had everything you would need for a great stay and was beyond clean. Although there were no issues during the stay (it was a 3 month stay for a work internship), Angela was extremely responsive when we had questions. After this experience, this place now feels like a home away from home and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when returning to the city. You absolutely can't go wrong renting this unit! It's got to be one of the best options with the best host in the area!

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Our stay at Chad’s home was nothing short of amazing! From our very first messages, Chad‘s team was highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and made everything from booking to traveling a breeze. The home is incredible - spanning over four levels, our group of seven girls admired the tasteful decor, extreme cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop was hands down the cherry on top of it all! Every morning I went up there to meditate, stretch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Nashville. Seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting this wonderful city! Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs LOL - which was just my excuse to skip working out for the week. Thank you, Chad and Team! See you next time.

Ethan was great to communicate with and gave very clear instructions. It was a clean house and walkable distance to the restaurants/bars! Would stay here again. Fit our friend group perfectly!

Good place to hang out, enough space and sleeping arrangements for our group. Neighborhood was a little run down, but for our group not an issue. Overall was worth the money and would use this house again.

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

It looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. He is very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. Nothing but 5 stars across the board!!!

River view and wildlife were great!

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us and the outdoor pool area was a nice perk. It was a great location to broadway and we walked it every day very easily! The parking spot was a great plus as well! It took us a little while to get used to the latch app but Rindi was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Maria’s place was what I wanted. A quiet and relaxing place to stay at, not to far from restaurants and downtown Nashville. The check in and check out procedure Maria provided were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Nashville.
