This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

The villa offers 2 independent apartments (only 1 available for rent), each with separate entrances, private gardens, and terraces. The shared swimming pool is heated with incredible views of the Bay of Kotor.

The nearest airport is Tivat Airport, 5 km from Apartments P&I. This is our guests' favorite part of Kotor, according to independent reviews.
