Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. The neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization and we are happy to be a part of that with the renovation of The Cunningham!

Come relax in your cozy 1978 Lake House! Conveniently located between Muncie and Hartford City-16 min. from Taylor University, 24 min. from Ball State, 10 seconds from the dock! Enjoy the outdoors-Take out the kayaks, go fishing, enjoy the lake, soak up the sights in the hot tub, then end your night with a campfire! Inside-Shoot some pool on the 1800's pool table, pull out a board game with the family, or just relax in the four-season sunroom while watching the sunset. Enjoy Lake Time!

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Quaint carriage house.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

This property offers a lodge feel with the benefits of being right in the middle of Muncie close to Everything! 2 miles or less to Ball State , IU Hospital and right across from the Delaware County Fairgrounds. There are popular restaurants and shopping in any direction you go. If you like to bike or walk or jog the Cardinal Greenway is very close by. You also get to enjoy your own private fenced in backyard retreat. Don't pass up this unique place to stay in Muncie.

"The Love Shack" Rustic Cabin Getaway

Cabin and/or camper spot, with 30 amp electric & hydrant water. Cabin has 1 full bed, bunk beds (max 4, bring your own linens, firm mattresses) equipped with AC/heat & mini fridge. Indiana's best keep secret - The Love Shack - nestled down a long lane in between 2 fields in rural Economy Indiana with pond & 3 acres to yourself. Started by my grandpa Tom Bond in 2000 and loved by all that visit. Follow us on social media. 2.5 miles to Cardinal greenway.

Should you choose to use 100-foot zipline to exercise your pet.

You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
