Stunning property on what is probably the most photographed street in Mumbles. Décor is in keeping with the traditional aesthetic, the beds and sofas were extremely comfortable, it’s super cute and has everything you need. If you’re the type to feel the cold, the entire property can become absolutely boiling within seconds at the touch of a button if you’d like it to be! Host Allison was delightful, extremely communicative and friendly (the people around here are one of the reasons I keep coming back - so naturally sociable, warm and welcoming and the accent gets me every time! As they say in Swansea, lush!) One highlight to point out are the terraces above the property looking out over the bay - utterly jaw dropping views day or night. And right outside the front door you’ll see the majestic Oystermouth Castle, lit up at night in all its glory - truly magical.

Jacob Cottage is exactly as gorgeous as the photos and the reviews describe. It's in a lovely secluded part of Parkmill in The Gower, with great access to all sorts of beautiful walks and pubs. The interior is stunning and Lara and Jeff have thought of everything you could want or need. Jeff checked in to check that everything was going well, and he was super friendly and welcoming. A lovely slice of paradise, we'd come back in a heartbeat :-)

The Cedar Tiny House

My husband and I had lovely night away at The Tiny Cedar house. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the sun. It was very easy to find and check in, plenty of towels supplied, and the basic amenities were nice. The house is very well thought out and has a cosy feeling, the stairs to the sleeping area tested our balance a couple of times but loved looking over the fields from the bed. We ended up doing the 4 waterfall walk at breacon beacons the 2nd day as it was about half an hour away. We would love return and explore more of the area. Only cons I would mention, is that we didn't find the mattress overly comfty, but everyones peference is different, and although they didn't bother us, there are 2 very friendly cats that had no problem sharing the space with you. If you didn't like cats it might of have been a bit too much. Overall we loved it our night away. Thank you 😊

Waterfall Lodge - Brecon Beacons

A great place for an outdoor family holiday. We loved exploring the beautiful waterfalls and even went for a very cold swim in the river! Would recommend the white horse for food and a great friendly atmosphere, great if you’ve got a dog with you. The caves at abercraf also well worth a visit. Lovely cottage run by lovely people. We’ve had a wonderful eight days at this absolutely beautiful and welcoming property. First, Judith and her husband were so friendly and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and has the most exquisite views. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The house was very well equipped but also had a lot of character. We were there to walk the Welsh coast path. Although the area is not as well known as Gower or Pembrokeshire, we had some stunning walks. So all in all, we were so sad to leave! Many thanks.

The house is lovely and was in a handy place for our needs. It was warm when we arrived and the heating was programmed to keep us warm, though it was chilly at night. The communication in advance of our trip was excellent. Heather messaged me to clarify aspects of the property such as the low ceiling and steps to make sure it was suitable for one of our party. We had issues with bringing a large vehicle and Heather was able to offer solutions to solve our parking problems.

Unreal. Highly recommend this place. Felt truly spoilt and so very grateful to have found this space. So relaxing, lush scenery, kind people and just felt as tho Leon went above and beyond. Felt instantly at home and comfortable, so many brilliant amenities.. the bed was so comfortable I actually didn’t want to leave. Tim (the cat) was also a great visitor!

This is a great spot for accessing the Brecon Beacons and the surrounding river valleys. It is located in a quiet village but with good road links. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing is accurate in its descriptions. Rachel was easy to contact and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Hosts & Perfect Stay I cannot recommend Colin and his wife enough. Due to an unexpected family bereavement, I needed to book somewhere to stay last minute. Colin was incredibly understanding and accommodating—he had everything ready for my arrival and even allowed me to add two extra guests at the last minute without charging extra, which I truly appreciated. The house itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It made a difficult time a little easier, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you again, Colin. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend this place to others.

Lovely and quaint authentic 1800s Chapel, Mumbles

We had a wonderful time at the converted chapel. The space is beautifully appointed. The grand piano was a big hit with us all as was the sofa space with tv. We were initially surprised to be right inside the cemetery.. I think I’d imagined small gravestones but these are big gothic graves. My husband was a bit spooked but came round when he realised that it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. We asked to move a single mattress into another room so that our son could sleep with us and Mitzi was so accommodating. When we arrived there was an issue which Mitzi sent George straight away to fix for us. It was a gorgeous place to stay and we’d love to go back.

This was great for our rugby trip to Wales. We chose Pontneddfechan as we are actually from the nearby village of Cwmgwrach, but now live in the Lake District in Cumbria. 5 of us stayed here and were very happy with the location, in close proximity of everything we needed. We do this trip every 2 years. so hopefully see you again then . thank you

A wonderful family home containing everything you need. It is comfortably and well furnished. The children's room was very welcome and well used by our children. The house is very well placed and the parking area was extremely useful. It is a great base for exploring Swansea and the surrounding area with pretty beaches very close by. The Mumbles is well served with shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the house. We had 6 fabulous nights and would definitely return again. Kathryn is a very responsive and welcoming host. Thank you for having us.

Maes Y Grove Garden Cottage

My husband and I had a cosy and relaxing 2 nights in this lovely little cottage. Hilary gave helpful directions to find the location, as the sat nav doesn’t get to the right place. Upon arrive Hilary already had the fire up and running for us. We found it easy to light the fire and enjoyed sheltering from the rain inside with everything you could need - clean bathroom, warm bedroom, great views and full equipped kitchen. We came for a rest and definitely felt rested - it is wonderfully pitch black at night time. Thanks again Hugh and Hilary!

Lovely position right in the beachfront the patio doors open out and the small balcony allows you to sit & have a drink & admire the view. Decor was nicely done & it had everything u need I even did a wash and iron. Great shower and great layout.

Wow wow wow we treasured our stay. Liz was there when we arrived and was truly lovely, even leaving us fresh bread and Welsh cakes! We’d booked to visit family nearby and the location of the apartment was just perfect. Very cosy, clean and quiet, we will definitely be back. Wish we could have stayed for longer! Had a wonderful stay at The Aros. Was our first trip away with our newborn and we found the accommodations very comfortable. The flat was beautiful and conveniently located. And the host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay, 2 adults, 2 children under 10. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Minutes walk from the beach and cafe. 5 minutes drive from Mumbles, great location. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
