Two person pod set on the Wild Atlantic Way near the villages of Claddaghduff and less than 10 minutes drive from Clifden. Enjoy waking up to stunning views of the world renowned Omey Island and Atlantic Ocean. Pristine beaches within walking distance. The space: Two person pod located on a working farm in Connemara. This modern pod comes with a double bed, kitchen to cater for basic cooking needs which is inclusive of electric hob, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. WiFi and tv also provided.

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Hi speed fibre optic internet. Sorry, not suitable for pets or children

Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Goirtín na gCloch

We are located just a one-minute walk from the sea and 1.5km from Tully Cross which has pubs, a shop and a church. Goirtín na gCloch is ideally situated for holiday makers looking to explore Connemara or visit the beach. The one-bedroom guesthouse, 20 metres from the family home on the same grounds, is suitable for an individual or couple and contains all modern conveniences; washer-dryer, large fridge, oven, smart TV, electrical heating, comfortable living area and electric shower.

Joe's Cottage

Joe's Cottage is a traditional Irish stone cottage situated 3 km from the heart of Clifden town centre. This property is full of character and exhibits many traditional features. The cottage is within a twenty minute drive of many local amenities and beaches. A picturesque public walkway runs beside the cottage and the entrance is only 500m away. If you are lucky enough to get a clear sky we recommend taking some time to view the stars as they can be breathtaking on a clear night.

Gortrusheen Cottage

Nestled between the hills and lakes of Connemara, this wonderful stone cottage is surrounded by natural gardens and wild, colourful flowers. There is endless walking and climbing with Connemara National Park on the doorstep. The cottage is located along the Wild Atlantic Way within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches at Letterfrack and Renvyle. Kylemore Abbey and Gardens are just across the lake outside the door which is suitable for fishing with boat hire also available

Little Sea House has spectacular sea views on the wild Atlantic coast in Connemara. Resting peacefully at the end of a private lane, you’ll hear only wind, waves and birds. Relax and watch the light change over the sea, watch the sunset and the stars appear in a sky without light pollution. You have access to the shore with an abundance of scenic walking and beautiful beaches nearby. You are 3 km from the Wild Atlantic Way and near Mace Head which has the cleanest air in Europe.

We strive to make our guests have a memorable vacation in our luxury and well equipped two bedroom apartment, both beds are King size 150cm x 200cm and extremely comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet location, and on our land we have about 20 sheep & lambs from April on. Shanakeever Farm offers the perfect base to reach all local attractions for eg: Kylemore Abbey & National Park and a 4 minute drive to Clifden town with Restaurants, Boutiques, Supermarkets and Pubs.
