We provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator for your convenience. Please note that this space does not have a full kitchen If you have a car we have driveway parking for you. Entire 3-bedroom Townhouse in Lorton, VA, one with a king-size bed and the other two with a queen-size bed, free Wi-Fi, an outdoor dining area and one large 65" HDTV in the living room with Roku and Netflix. One master bedroom on the second floor has a private full bathroom and a 60" TV, and a second bedroom on the second floor has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a 60" TV. The second full bathroom is in the basement—a full compact kitchen.

WIFI is available along with TV, only a few minutes drive to the iconic Alexandria Old Town. 12 Miles away from DC. Nearest bus stop is less than a mile and will take you straight to the Old Town. There are no pets or house parties allowed within the facility. There is a Costco with a gas station located within walking distance, and a Walmart located in less than a mile. You will also be provided with a countertop burner for any cooking you may do

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.
