Enjoy your stay at this charming 2 bedroom mill house located just 1 mile from downtown Kannapolis. This home has been recently renovated but the 1925 character has been kept. It comes fully furnished including 3 Roku TVs, 2 beds (1 queen and 1 full), washer & dryer, full sized kitchen with cookware and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing. Close to I-85 and lots of entertainment and only 20 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway. Pet friendly home. Backyard is fenced in.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.

Tower View Suites Suite 202 is a private, quiet one-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a historic 1885 building in the heart of downtown Statesville. Walk to numerous restaurants, unique shops, live entertainment, farmer’s markets, government centers and community events. Only one other suite in the building. Washer and dryer are in the suite.
