DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. This apartment is located in a diverse, quiet neighborhood in Northeast DC. The larger bedroom has a Queen size DreamCloud bed and pillows. We have a full kitchen with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!

If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

This in-law suite is better defined as a small apt. attached to house; own entrance, bathroom, kitchen & free parking! Queen bed, clean sheets, towels, iron, board, kitchen pots, dining table, TV & more. It’s small but with all amenities necessary to live. If looking for a huge space, this will not be it. Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.
