Welcome to our cozy tiny cabin tucked away on 32 acres of peaceful Mississippi woodlands, with direct access to the beautiful Bogue Chitto River. Step out your door and into miles of forest, spend the day kayaking or fishing on the river, then unwind by the firepit under a sky full of stars. Whether you're looking for solitude, adventure, or a digital detox, this retreat delivers. There is no shooting or ATV’s allowed on the property. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLES ON THE TRAILS EITHER!

Our cozy chalet sits in the woods on our 9‑acre property, overlooking a small pond and offering a peaceful escape from busy city life. As you drive past our home to the chalet, you arrive at a tucked‑away spot where the cottage and hot tub pavilion are screened by trees and bamboo, creating a private, secluded feel. This is a place to slow down, enjoy quiet mornings by the water, and end the day under the stars, while leaving feeling recharged from your stay at our little piece of paradise.

Little lodge

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Situated on 20 acres, Little Pine Farms is a serene retreat from the city. The property boasts over 700' of frontage on the Bogue Falaya River, a sandy beach, and winding paths through the woods. This peaceful space is 3 to 4 minutes west from I-55, and 15 to 20 minutes south of McComb, MS, and just minutes from the Lynyrd Skynyrd memorial. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the back deck overlooking a large open yard, nectar feeding humming birds, and beautiful forestry. For an extra fee, store your boat, or ATV inside the 20x30 metal building located on the property.
