This is a private space. Condo is across the street from the beach. Local beach access is about a 20 minute walk, or just a hop over the highway by driving (3-5 minutes). Three pools, tennis court, free parking, postal drop box on site if needed, soda machine on site as well. The location is in the middle of all dining and entertainment experiences, center of Destin. There are plenty of Uber or Lyft within the area. Guests are sure to feel at home in their accommodating relaxing beach vacation.

1 bedroom Studio, 1st floor walk up. Private Beach Access within 5 min walk/beach services, Fully furnished, recently updated. Located at Sandpiper Cove a 43 acre gated resort. Amenities include: 5 pools, Main pool Heated in Winter,3 hot tubs, a 9-hole par 3 golf course, lighted tennis courts, and grilling areas. 2 Laundromat's on property, 1 close to unit. Sandpiper Cove is located on Holiday Isle in heart of Destin which is centrally located .
New Superfast WIFI! Premier movie channels! Rent cozy clean private room. Adjacent pretty bath. Nice clean home in quiet residential area of Fort Walton Beach, 4.5 mile drive to beach. Single occupancy 1-6 night. (Double occupancy 1-3 nights, add 2nd guest to reservation). New plush queen mattress, TV, WiFi, fridge, microwave, Kreuig, snacks. Black out curtains. All linens sanitized on sanitary cycle! Nice art, hotel quality sheets. Lockable door w/key! Personal parking. Room/bath only.
