Villa ARTEMIS is in a stunning location with its own private grounds, pool, terraces, garden, car parking & sea-views. Inside it has light and spacious rooms in contemporary style, well appointed, furnished and maintained by its owners. It is located on the outskirts of the popular Agia Efimia harbour village with all its amenities and local beaches. It is also ideally located to explore the rest of the lovely island of Kefalonia. You can be sure of a luxurious, relaxing and fun holiday home.

The Sun & The Moon Luxury Maisonette

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The 132 m2 Villa Tranquility can accommodate up to four (4) guests in two bedrooms with en - suite bathrooms and two sofa in the living room. An extra shared bathroom is available at the ground floor.

Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.
