Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

We are renting a newly comfortable one bedroom apartment with the balcony and one of the most stunning views on the Bay of Kotor. Its position is perfect for swimming and seaside walks. Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped. Charming Old Stone House - Perast

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Best view! Rooftop garden - Old Town 404 studio

Right in the middle of world heritage of Kotor Old Town, climb 54 steps to this amazing studio with private garden and terrace featuring stunning views onto the rooftops, surrounding mountains and the sea. All walls are exposed stone or rock lovingly restored. The kitchen is well appointed and the decor is modern, light and comfortable. Old meets new.

Waterfront with extraordinary view

One of the 10 most wishlisted homes on Airbnb ever as shown in Airbnb's article "Where Everybody Wants to Stay: 10 of Our Most Wish Listed Homes" Right next to the Perast museum, our studio apartment has a spacious terrace with a magnificent view on the two most beautiful attractions of the Bay of Kotor: islands of Sv. Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
