Die hier inserierte komplett ausgestattete Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen im Untergeschoss bietet Ihnen: 1 Schlafzimmer (Betten einzeln oder doppelt stellbar), Bad, Wohnküche mit Kaminofen und Bettsofa, Terrasse, sowie Waschmaschine+Trockner.

Zusätzlich befindet sich im Wohn-Essbereich eine großzügige Couch mit Schlaffunktion für 2 weitere Personen. Das kleine moderne Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

The "Anni" holiday flat is situated in a sunny, quiet location in Leutasch, nestled in a garden with a resting place on the terrace. The 60 m² accommodation is furnished in a simple country style, has a cosy living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, kitchenette, shower/WC, an anteroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed) and thus offers space for 2-3 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV.
