The beds were really comfortable and clean. The house felt really homey, all the lights shined bright, AC felt really good. The location is in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen with spacious countertop and clean silverware for use. The living room had a big TV to watch movies on at night. The owners responded super fast and provided a lot of helpful information.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

We loved our stay. It fit our 3 generation Thanksgiving gathering great without feeling like we were on top of each other the whole time. All the games and activities were perfect to keep everyone entertained (we even got to enjoy the lake in November!). Well stocked kitchen for cooking, everything was really clean, and Katie was super responsive before check in as we had a couple questions. Would definitely stay again!

First, I want to sincerely thank my hosts! Traveling from upstate NY to Carolina with children, I requested an earlier check-in, and they gladly accommodated me, which was amazing. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and provided stellar service. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the people were friendly. Both the front and back yards offered plenty of open space for my little ones to play. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

This was the best airbnb we have stayed! Andrea was very accommodating, very personable. It was awesome staying at a place that embraces having your dogs with you. The place had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable. There were two couples sharing the house and it was easy for us all. All the coffee drinkers were really excited about the coffee set up.

Such a fun little spot on the lake. Cozy and clean. We had a blast fishing and sitting in the sunroom reading. Well appointed and located close enough to town for convenience but isolated enough to feel like an escape.

We Enjoyed our Stay at This Airbnb it was very clean, nice location, and looked just like the photos!! The host was extremely nice and made sure he sent us all instructions needed and more!! Serenity Cove was absolutely incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with some friends. The views were incredible and picturesque. The location was the best of both worlds being far enough from the city to feel like you’re tucked in your own little wonderland but still close enough in case you need to run to the store, go uptown or place a delivery order. The house is stocked with all sorts of things like cooking utensils and games and truly nothing beats just sitting and spending time on their amazing deck. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot for a getaway in the Charlotte area.

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Rustic, cabin-like feel. Not fancy but perfect for our needs. The host was in the process of refreshing the property, which was a bit of a surprise/disappointment, but did not really interfere with our experience. The view was outstanding. Enjoyed sitting down on the dock.

Perfect!! I am a review reader and made my choice based on reviews!! This place is exactly as described and more!! Felt like home....was very comfortable/cozy!! Everything you might need was there!! 😊 Location: we loved the privacy of this rental!! The morning sun coming from across the field (across the road) was so welcoming!! Easy to find!! Few minutes to the interstate (convenience stores and gas)!! Communication with Robert was top-notch!! I had no issues at all but Robert checked in to assure we got checked in ok (keypad super easy)...and then again to make sure all was well and any questions/concerns!! The bedrooms were large size rooms....comfy beds and nice linens/bedding! Plenty of towels in both bathrooms (brought my own due to allergies)....very nice!! Kitchen was nice....new appliances!! Loved that fridge!! 😊 We cooked a pizza one night but other than that really didn't use kitchen!! Let's talk about the plate of "welcome" cookies!! 🤩 Yum!! 100% recommend!!

We immediately felt right at home at the Bohopad! Tucked away in a peaceful and natural setting, it was easy to relax right upon arrival. The colorful and eclectic (tastefully done!) decor felt fun to the senses. Every aspect of comfort was provided. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, clean and simple bathrooms. . . it was everything we wanted for a weekend retreat. The host was very helpful for any need that arose. We will be back again! When you first walk in the door you're greeted by a fresh clean scent and the "no shoes in the house rule" which we live by for sanitary purposes since we have a toddler and a baby. They provide new packs of house slippers for you to use for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during a stay. The bathrooms were immaculate and had plenty towels and wash cloths. The house is located on great land in a beautiful area with horses at almost every house around. My son loved the chickens on the far end of the yard as well as the birds and squirrels that are in the yard through the day. The sunset is gorgeous from the enclosed patio and the swings on the trees beside the house. The owners were so polite, helpful, and responsive to messages. They truly thought of every need you might have and were more than willing to help make the stay perfect. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay at LKN Relocations. The hosts are easy to talk to, very accommodating, and helpful when we needed extra assistance. The place is gorgeous, walking distance to the college (1.3 miles) and super close to Harris Teeter and the Davidson waterfront. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were super comfy, the living area is spacious and inviting. We loved it so much, we are coming back in less then a month.
