This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

È un piacere accogliervi nel mio appartamento. Ho ristrutturato tutto l'appartamento e ho realizzato la maggior parte dei mobili con legno/ferro per uno stile rustico ma anche unico. Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Luganer See und die Berge. Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

The most beautiful view of Como Lake

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. And if you don't know what to expect, ask George (Clooney) for some suggestions. I am a sommelier, and I can also organize a tasting of Italian wines for you!
