Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Valentina war immer sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Rom. Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend und viel zu entdecken in diesem historischen Viertel. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Hote très disponible tant avant le départ que pendant le séjour, accueil chaleureux, Giorgia parle très bien anglais. Logement spacieux au calme, grandes chambres, avec une grande terrasse. Plusieurs bus accessibles en 10min à pied qui mènent dans les différents quartiers de Rome et au métro, passages fréquents des bus ( 24e la carte de transport bus métro tram à volonté pour une semaine). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants Je recommande vivement! Merci

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

AMAZING STAY! First of all the hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating. Now the place? Ugh! Even better than pictures! Beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated! 🫶🏽 We loved the neighborhood and also that the metro was just a few blocks away. We definitely recommend this place!

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

Der Aufenthalt war von Beginn bis Ende super. Es hat uns ein Willkommenskorb mit Essen und kalten Getränken im Kühlschrank erwartet. Carlo war gleichzeitig sehr bemüht um seine Gäste und auch wieder unscheinbar während des Aufenthaltes. Aber eben immer bei Fragen mit schnellen Antworten da. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern) super. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir konnten alles mit Bussen erreichen, da verschiedene Buslinien in der Nähe sind. Auch zu Fuß konnte man viel erleben. Die Versorgung ist mit Supermarkt und Apotheke um Haus perfekt.

We really enjoyed meeting Carmen and staying at her place. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable. WiFi and TV were great to have. We enjoy staying in neighborhoods like this one. We would book it again. Thanks, Carmen

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

The location is fantastic! It was right down the street from the Colosseum. There were many good restaurants close by as well. The place felt airy and welcoming . It was well stocked with kitchen necessities plus extra toiletries if we had forgotten anything. The beds were very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment, clean and large perfect for our family of four. Secure building and appartment. Very close to 2 train stations Garbatella and Ostiense. Fabrizio communicates quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Great short break at this authentic property in Monti area. Our host made check in very easy, with exact instructions. Even was able to accommodate an earlier check in, following our layover at the airport. Apartment very spacious and great location. Local facilities nearby but Colloseum and Trevi areas also easily walkable. Excellent washing and bathing options in the accommodation. Everything worked. Most impressive was the rapid responsiveness, happy to answer any questions. In short, a brilliant introduction to an amazing city.
