The recently renovated apartment is located in the center of Pella, on the second floor without lift of a small 19th century building. It consists of a living area with sofa bed, TV, small kitchen, microwave, bedroom and bathroom with shower. It enjoys a splendid view of the Orta lake and the San Giulio Island. It is the ideal place to spend relaxing moments, surrounded by a pleasant view and quiet. Free WiFi and street parking, free or for a fee based on availability. A TOURIST TAX is expected

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Nelle immediate vicinanze possibilità di accedere a diversi percorsi trekking ideali da fare a piedi e/o con MTB. Attracco dei battelli e barche per il giro del lago nelle immediate vicinanze. Spiaggia libera più’ frequentata a 3min di macchina. Si accettano animali di piccola/media taglia.

Si trova in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e con una vista di 180º sull'incantevole lago d'Orta. Io sono Matteo e gestisco questa locazione turistica. Abito a 10 minuti di distanza e sono felice di consigliarvi mete e destinazioni dei nostri meravigliosi luoghi. E' necessario essere automuniti.
