The apartment is located in the beautiful Prati Delle Vittorie district, close to the center and the Stadium Wifi - Air conditioning -2 SMART TVs with Netflix, Prime video near the Vatican, Stadio Olimpico, shopping areas, Court. The Metro is just a few minutes by bus or on foot (Lepanto) Trastevere is connected with a direct bus, the Colosseum by metro. incantevole mansarda ai coronari per due

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, non dovrai rinunciare a nulla. siamo in pieno centro storico tutto è raggiungibile a piedi ,ma in una zona tranquilla in un palazzo storico con un affresco trovato e restaurato tutto arredato con mobili antichi ,mentre i servizi sono tutti nuovi rifiniture di pregio ,un posto incantevole dove partire per conoscere Roma la mansarda è locata tra castel san Angelo e piazza Navona davanti ad una deliziosa piazzetta

Located in a quiet apartment on the Aventine Hill 500 meters from the most important services such as: shops and supermarkets In the immediate vicinity (to be reached on foot) are found more important archaeological sites COLOSSEO CIRCO MASSIMO CARACALLA PIRAMIDE. Since 2009! At the Coliseum, your ExtraLarge Vacation Home. Structured with only your best interests in mind making you feel as though you are home away from home. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large livingroom. A big property, made of two united apartments, connected by an internal door, with doorman, situated on the ground floor in a historical Palazzo nearby the Coliseum, "wheelchair friendly", perfect for party of friends and multiple families

a Peaceful Hilltop Haven

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome! I am always available for any help or info about Rome and the apartment.
