The loft in the sky over Rome

Located in via Margutta, the street of artists and antique dealers, in the heart of the most exclusive area in Rome. This small loft offers glamour, silence, greenery and a very central location in a 16th century building. The interior of the building was the movie set for "Roman Holiday", the cult film starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck. Loft 56-nuovissimo e incantevole in pieno centro

Nuovissimo appartamento-Loft in pieno centro, piano terra con entrata indipendente. Luminoso, in una via tranquilla della città. A piedi gran parte dei monumenti storici: Pantheon (8 min), Trastevere (3 min), Fontana di Trevi (11 min), Campidoglio (11 min), Campo de’ Fiori (6 min), p.zza Venezia (12 min), p.zza Navona (8 min). Garage a pagamento a 30 metri. Non aspettiamo altro che ospitarvi con molto piacere, per rendere il più possibile il vostro soggiorno confortevole e pieno di bei ricordi!.

the building, housing this unique loft for 2 persons, dates back to 1926 and was rebuilt in 2009, the apartment in 2019. Refurbished completely with all modern comfort. Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car

Spectacular and Cozy Loft w/Terrace, near Termini

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub?
