Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, a few minutes from the river Lot, La Libellule and Le Papillon gites at Les Leroux, are a beautifully converted barn set in a rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland. The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. Views over the pool and sun terrace. Utility room facilities. The pool is for guests of both gites.

We love to share our charming and characteristic 300 years old farmhouse. The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. High speed internet available.

Wake up in a 300-year-old stone farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Lot — and instantly feel at home. Three ensuite bedrooms, each with their own character and private bathroom, gorgeous beamed ceilings, a fireplace to gather around on cooler evenings, and a sun-drenched terrace with views that go on forever. Notre Gîte Ramana est pour 2 à 8 personnes et dispose 2 chambres, 1 pour 3 personnes et 1 pour 4 personnes, chaque chambre dispose d'une spacieuse douche à l'italienne avec lavabo et d'une grande salle de bain en bas avec baignoire, WC et lavabo. il y a aussi des toilettes séparées il y a un lit simple confortable sur le palier u heeft toegang tot het zwembad. maximaal 10 gezinnen tegelijkertijd op het domein. elke avond de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan de table d 'hôtes.

The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

STRICTEMENT INTERDIT DE FUMER A L'EXTERIEUR ET A L'INTERIEUR ET PAS DE BOUGIES. Absolument aucune. À la place, nous vous fournissons des bougies sans flamme à piles.

ENTIÈREMENT RÉNOVÉ AVEC SPA ET PISCINE Situé dans un hameau typique du Périgord Noir au confluent de la Dordogne et de la Vézère. Le logis est le point de départ idéal pour explorer les richesses historiques, culturelles et culinaires de la région. Vous pourrez plonger dans la piscine ou vous prélasser dans le jacuzzi au retour de vos visites. Nos hôtes sont accueillis par notre conviviale prestataire Marie.
