This one bedroom apartment is high above the olive trees, looking out onto the hills around the farmhouse, surrounded by birds. It is open plan, with windows on three walls, with early morning sunshine in the bedroom, and evening sunshine in the kitchen and eating area. The apartment is accessed through its own front door and up a flight of stairs and outside it has a private terrace with table and chairs and views down to the swimming pool. There is also a two bed apartment on the property.

Situato nel cuore delle colline marchigiane con la cornice dei Monti Sibillini, "Casale San Martino" è un angolo di serenità, circondato da terreni di proprietà coltivati in biologico e da una corte. E' strategico tra la montagna e la spiaggia, a 20 minuti d’auto da stazioni sciistiche e a 40 minuti dal Mare Adriatico. In giardino è a disposizione una mini-piscina idromassaggio, per usufruirne è necessario effettuare richiesta preliminarmente alla prenotazione. Il casale è antisismico.

Appartamento Casa Cerqua di 100 mq finemente arredato, abbiamo recuperato tutto i vecchi materiali della casa nella recente ristrutturazione adeguando il vecchio casale alle più recenti norme anti sismiche. L'arredamento è un giusto mix tra moderno e antico, elegante ma funzionale. All'esterno un'ampia zona privata a disposizione degli ospiti, con zona pranzo ombreggiata e barbecue privato.
