Head to the living area next door for some reading and relaxation, then climb the spiral staircase and indulge in a nap in the soothing, blue attic bedroom. Brand new beds and luxurious bedding awaits your stay. Let us know in advance, if you would like to expand your mind and body in the yoga meditation studio next door. My space has a unique architecture, that comforts you after your explorations of the city. It is located on the 3rd floor in the backyard, bright and quiet and reaches out to the roof.There are two well equipped kitchens with water filter, dishwasher, pots and pans waiting for you, your friends and your family. There is a studio space with a piano, one luxurious bathroom with shower, big bathtub, washing machine, dryer...another bathroom with shower There are 2 separate sleeping rooms with double bed, one big size bed in the studio space and a normal double bed under the roof. You have access to wireless DSL internet. Next door is the YES-WOW-Yoga Studio, if you are interested in booking it, let me know... I travel a lot, so most of the time you will meet one of my great assistants. I love my neighbourhood, I have been living here for more then 20 years and it is a very safe area. It is juicy, multicultural and authentically Berlin: Here you see Muslims on their way to pray, students on their way to class, day workers and streetwalkers, turkish and indians, artists and gallerists. It is very close to the Winterfeldplatz with its amazing cafes, little shops and curiosities to discover. You are in walking distance to the most important contemporary art galleries, National gallery and Potsdamer Platz. In 10 minutes you can reach the Tiergarten. Berlins biggest park and you can chill.... One street away there is a great ecological shop "Oelweide" . You can buy good food for reasonable prices and also have great lunch. The "Kumpelnest 3000" is one of the most crazy bar dance locations in Berlin; and it is just 2 streets from my house... The subway station is directly in front of the house, the bus station around the corner and you can reach any airport conveniently with the airport bus or with a cab for a fair price :) The space is great for family meetings, presentations and intimate workshops. Most of the time you will meet one of my great assistants A safe vibrant, multicultural, area from Artists to street walkers, gallerists, and families on the way to mosque. Cafés, little shops, and curiosities to discover. The city's most important contemporary art galleries are within walking distance. The subway station is direct in front of the house, the bus station around the corner in walking distance.

Unser Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Jedermann. Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den grossen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem, mit Holz zu befeuernden, Herd kochen. Im Sommer halten wir in unserem schönen Blumen , Obst und Gemüsegarten eine grosse Liegewiese, eine BBQ Feuerschale mit Grillring und einem grossen Essplatz mit Sonnenschirm für Euch bereit. Wenn es mal regnet haben wir auch eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit Panoramafenster.

The flat has one bedroom and one living room with extensible double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwaves, dishwasher, refrigerator, a small oven and all necessary utensils. Big, private bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, dryer. Max capacity is 4 adults but recommended occupancy is 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.
