Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Come visit the best WNC has to offer in this exceptional Amish built cabin on a private wooded lot. Have a seat in a rocker on our 48 foot covered porch that overlooks the nearby mountain ridgelines 360 degrees with Mt Pisgah in the distance. We are conveniently located 6 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport and Western North Carolina Agriculture Center. We are centrally located to the top destinations for hiking, bicycling, fishing and other outdoor recreational activities in our area.

From the Hart Farm: Pisgah Room (Room #1 of 2)

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!
