MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Alluring apartment near Dubrovnik airport

This cozy and peaceful apartment is ideally located close to Dubrovnik airport, with free parking. It has a lovely home away from home feel and is great for a base when visiting Dubrovnik (30 min), Cavtat (5 min), or Pasjača beach (10 min) by car. Perfect for an early morning flight. It is in an original old Dalmatian stone house, with a huge courtyard, where you can relax. Guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and olive grove and enjoy the picturesque Mediterranean views and scents.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. The cottage is Eco-friendly, runs on solar power and it is surrounded by vineyards & meadows and ideal location for couples and honeymooners. During vacation our guests can enjoy swimming in organic pool, hiking, cycling and picking fresh vegetables from our Eco garden. The cottage is located at NATURA 2000, EU nature protection areas.
