Detox in this rustic one room Internet free space

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

This annex has a double bedroom with lovely views. We are right next door, so just call! Please see the notes on parking in ‘ Arrivals’ There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area with views across Exeter and countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins), or catch a bus nearby ( can be late!) Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
