Al primo piano due camere e un bagno con la vasca. Una stanza con letto francese, l'altra matrimoniale; hanno la vista sul lago: una un romantico balcone. La Casa Rosa è a Legro, il borgo dipinto frazione di Orta San Giulio, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, dove passeggiando , osserverete delle opere d’arte, dipinte sui muri delle case, raffiguranti scene del cinema. La zona è verde e tranquilla. Il centro di Orta é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (1,8km) così come le spiagge (1,5km), il Sacro Monte (1,5km), l’isola di San Giulio (2Km). La stazione FS, fermata autobus, parco giochi sono davanti a casa. Ottima posizione per lago e montagna.
