Quiet, colourful I bed ground floor studio flat

The ground floor flat, part of our family home in a Victorian end terrace is in a village two miles from Huddersfield. It offers a garden facing living/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. Please give a little information about yourself, it helps us know whether we are the right hosts for your stay, minimum 2 nights. We cannot host long term lets. We can accommodate two people who are happy to share a double bed. Our space is not set up for the needs of babies or young children

The Old Post Office on Bolster Moor

The Old Post Office in Bolster Moor is a self contained 1 bedroom apartment. Furnished and equipped for stays of a weekend, a week or a month. There is private off road parking and a shared garden. With a brilliant farm shop and cafe opposite and the local pub two minute walk away. Barely a mile away is Golcar, where you can find shops, food & restaurants, pubs & a pharmacy. There is an abundance of great walking in the area and the 13 mile long Colne Valley way passes right by us.

The Old Science Block Apartment

A mezzanine style ground floor apartment in the former Clare Hall Secondary School, a grade 2 listed building located just a short walk from Halifax town centre. It is perfectly located for attractions such as the historic Piece Hall, the Borough Market, Dean Clough, Eureka and the many pubs and restaurants in the town as well as the Halifax/Lloyds Banking HQ for professional visitors. There is free parking (for 1 vehicle) and Halifax railway station is a short walk away.

Ryecroft House, Large apartment near Holmfirth

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
