Ξεχωρίζει για την εντυπωσιακή θέα προς τα νότια και για τους προσεγμένους δημόσιους χώρους. Οι νότιες παραλίες Άβυθος, η μεγάλη Πέτρα και ο Άι Χέλις βρίσκονται σε απόσταση μόλις 2,5 χλμ από το διαμέρισμα. Το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4,5 χλμ διευκολύνοντας πολύ τις μετακινήσεις ενώ το Αργοστόλι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10χλμ.
